This large family house required a substantial redevelopment and only two of the original external walls remained standing, the rest was rebuilt and extended. A poor-quality conservatory had been built at the back of the house, ill-keeping with the existing. Our elevations brought the house back into cohesion, to read as one building and be appreciated for its style and scale. The architecture of the area is Arts and Crafts and Hampstead Garden Trust required tightly drawn planning.

A basement was built incorporating a swimming pool, gym, steam room, bar and games room and cinema. Designed using high-quality materials and incorporating the latest technology, the building is efficient and adaptable. The living spaces have a traditional flair, in keeping with the client’s wishes.

An extensive garden was created by the gold medal-winning garden designer Andy Sturgeon. The complete design holds a grandeur, it is a place to entertain and relax in.
