We are looking for an experienced RIBA Architect to join our West London based design practice specialising in Residential projects.

• An architect with strong design skills required.

• A registered ARB and RIBA qualified to join our successful design team.

• This is a leadership role, working with talented and committed designers. Proof of ability could lead to board position.  

• A strong network and ability to win work, commitment to achieving strong results for our clients and the business.

• Based in the current studio in Notting Hill, we need an architect that can lead projects with other more junior members from start to finish, through all RIBA job stages.

• Planning and contract knowledge essential, construction and joinery ability need to be displayed from previous projects.

• Leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Produce high-quality design presentations and technical documentation. 

• Advanced computer skills. Vectorworks based + ideally ability to draw.

• Job running experience essential.

• Excellent communications skills required. IQ and EQ very important.

• Full driving license.

• Salary negotiable dependant on ability and experience.

• Excellent references required.

• This is a Spring 2025 start
