This previous project entailed two rundown garages that we developed into a micro house designed for our client (see above). This project consisted of the demolition of a pair of garages to build a new one-bedroom house with one-bathroom, open plan kitchen, sitting, dining room. This project was driven by our client’s vision of creating a small yet functional standalone space as a pied-à-terre in London for their mother.
This small house can be accessed through its own door from the street. It shares a garden with the main house. Please see the image below to observe the before and after of this development.
