A roundup of our projects

As we begin 2025 we thought we would roundup a selection of current bespoke projects under construction to let you see what we are up to.

Islington

We have started on site with builders DoBuild. Currently stripping out for Phase 1 , the interior refurbishment of this detached Victorian villa. Phase 2 will be the extension and external works for which we now have planning approval. A project for a close friend and his family (and cats). The language will be British stylish and Arty.

Pimlico

Works have started on the refurbishment of a 3 storey terraced house with builders Philiam. A stucco double fronted Victorian property that is being completely remodelled in a classic British style with bespoke and contemporary furniture.

South Kensington

Located in fashionable South Ken, this triplex project is due to start this spring to create a 3-bedroom apartment with a substantial reception overlooking the private gardens. The style will be classic British with a Mediterranean mix.

Hampstead

Recently handed over and clients have moved into this grand property with a substantial garden. The project is the modification of a building we created 15 years ago to adapt it to the new owners requirements. Reconstructed by NewKey with a new kitchen by KitchenCo. We are currently dressing the interior including bespoke furniture and rugs and a specially commissioned sculptural door knocker.

Golders Green

The refurbishment and extension of this family house is due to start on site at the end of January. We are creating a zinc clad extension with a large open plan family room and large kitchen and dining area. The style will be elegant scandinavian with contemporary furniture.
